Julia Clayton treats a wide range of orthopedic and sports-related conditions, with a special focus on knee rehabilitation. Her expertise includes ACL and meniscus injuries, patellofemoral pain, and post-surgical knee recovery. Using advanced VALD Technology for data-driven rehab, Julia tracks each patient’s strength and progress with precision—providing real-time feedback that accelerates recovery and builds confidence in returning to sport and everyday activity without pain or hesitation.
With experience treating athletes from the University of Delaware’s football, lacrosse, swim, and cheer teams, Julia understands how knee injuries occur—and what it truly takes to recover fully. She blends advanced strength testing with hands-on therapy and progressive exercise programming to help every patient regain optimal function safely and efficiently.
Julia earned her degree in Athletic Training from the University of Delaware and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rutgers University.
