TJ HALL PT, DPT
PHYSICAL THERAPIST
TJ Hall received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rutgers University and has developed particular expertise in orthopedic, post-operative, vestibular, and sports rehabilitation. TJ has extensive experience helping patients recover from procedures such as ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, and joint replacement surgery, guiding them safely from early recovery back to full activity.
As a strength training enthusiast, TJ has a special interest in helping active adults, athletes, and gym-goers return to lifting, exercise, and performance after injury. His treatment approach combines hands-on care, individualized exercise programming, and the latest evidence-based rehabilitation techniques to help patients recover efficiently and achieve lasting results.
TJ is also highly skilled in the treatment of vestibular conditions including vertigo, dizziness, and balance disorders. In addition, he works with men recovering from prostatectomy, helping them regain bladder control and confidently return to daily activities.
Patients appreciate TJ's calm demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to create personalized treatment plans that meet them where they are while helping them achieve their goals.
personal interests
Outside the clinic, TJ is an avid weightlifter with a focus on hypertrophy training and injury prevention. He enjoys reading science fiction, playing board and video games, and spending time with friends and family. A former Summit High School basketball captain, he stays active through his love of movement—and the occasional intramural softball game.
