TJ Hall is a skilled and compassionate physical therapist with clinical expertise in post-operative rehabilitation and vestibular therapy. He has extensive experience helping patients recover from procedures such as ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, and total joint replacements. Known for his individualized, patient-centered approach, TJ uses evidence-based techniques to restore strength, mobility, and confidence.
In addition to his orthopedic background, TJ is highly proficient in treating vestibular conditions such as dizziness, vertigo, and balance disorders. His comprehensive care helps patients regain stability and return to their daily routines with confidence.
TJ earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rutgers University. Whether working with athletes, older adults, or post-surgical patients, he brings a calm, focused presence and a strong commitment to achieving optimal outcomes for every patient.
personal interests
Outside the clinic, TJ is an avid weightlifter with a focus on hypertrophy training and injury prevention. He enjoys reading science fiction, playing board and video games, and spending time with friends and family. A former Summit High School basketball captain, he stays active through his love of movement—and the occasional intramural softball game.
