Preventive Physical Therapy Optimization Visits

Ongoing preventive physical therapy helps you stay consistent, accountable, and continually improving. During each visit, you’ll work with a licensed physical therapist who will guide you through a customized program based on the results of your Preventive Health and Strength Assessment.

Every four weeks, we’ll re-test key metrics to monitor progress, adjust your program, and ensure small issues don’t grow into injuries. These visits are an essential part of a long-term preventive healthcare plan that keeps you strong, mobile, and performing your best — at any age.


Customized, At-Home Training Program

Prefer to work out on your own? We can design a 16-week training program specifically tailored to the findings of your exam. Every person is built differently, which is why your training program should be too!
